Better Sleep. Lasting Energy

Helping people sleep better, recover more fully, and thrive through evidence-based sleep coaching, CBT-I, movement, and meditation.

Do Any of These Sound Familiar?

  • I fall asleep just fine... but wake up at 3 a.m. and can't get back to sleep.

  • My mind won't shut off when I go to bed.

  • I wake up several times throughout the night.

  • I procrastinate going to bed, even when I'm tired and know I will be exhausted tomorrow.

  • I wake hours before my alarm and can't fall back asleep.

  • I'm tired all day but somehow wide awake when it's finally time for bed.

  • I've tried magnesium, melatonin, CBD, and every sleep hack on Instagram.

  • My sleep tracker has made me more anxious about my sleep.

  • I've become dependent on sleep medication and want another way forward.

If you nodded "yes" to any of these, you're in the right place.

Many of these patterns are forms of chronic insomnia and CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment designed to address them.

What Working Together Looks Like

Sleep coaching isn't about finding the perfect supplement, gadget, or bedtime routine. It's about understanding your sleep. Together, we'll identify the habits, beliefs, lifestyle factors, and health considerations influencing your sleep so we can create a plan that fits your life, not someone else's. Along the way, you'll learn evidence-based strategies rooted in behavioral sleep medicine, rebuild confidence in your body's ability to sleep, and develop lasting habits that support your health, resilience, performance, and well-being for years to come. I also believe the best care is collaborative, and when appropriate, I'll work alongside your healthcare providers to ensure your sleep plan supports your broader health goals

Why CBT-I?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) helps people who have difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, waking too early, or who continue to struggle with insomnia alongside sleep apnea (COMISA). Considered the gold-standard treatment for chronic insomnia, CBT-I is recommended by major medical organizations as the first-line treatment before sleeping medication. Rather than relying on a single technique, we'll combine sleep education with personalized strategies like building healthy sleep pressure, optimizing your sleep schedule, strengthening your brain's association between bed and sleep, reducing sleep-related anxiety, and learning relaxation skills to address the underlying factors keeping insomnia going. You will build lasting, restorative sleep.
