  • Sarah Petroski (PGDIP, CPT) Insomnia & Performance Specialist | Certified Fitness Trainer

    Sarah is an Oxford-trained sleep coach with a postgraduate degree in Sleep Medicine and advanced training in CBT-I, the gold-standard treatment for insomnia. She helps clients rebuild trust in their sleep and overall performance by combining evidence-based sleep science with two decades of experience as a personal trainer, vinyasa and kundalini yoga, and meditation teacher. Alongside her work with individuals, Sarah partners with Sleep Better NYC and Eye of the Storm Wellness to deliver educational workshops for companies and events.

  • Teresa Power DeNike (CCSH) Obstructive Sleep Apnea Specialist

    Teresa is a nationally recognized sleep educator and founder of Sleep Better NYC. With her Certification in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH), she helps clients successfully adjust to CPAP and Oral Appliance Therapy, making treatment for obstructive sleep apnea more approachable and effective. Together, Teresa and Sarah also speak at companies and events on the full spectrum of sleep health.

  • Michael Hewett - Corporate Wellness & Mindfulness Specialist

    Michael is a mindfulness coach, yoga instructor, musician, and founder of Eye of the Storm Wellness. With over 25 years of yoga practice, his teaching blends movement, meditation, and philosophy to help individuals and organizations build resilience, creativity, and balance.
